Capital One is NOT YOUR FRIEND!

I swear, I get ahead & then BOOM! Something more rains on me..

We want to believe that banks are our friends. The people, they can be. Remember they’re human just following their system & protocol, but when’s it too much? Banks are institutions designed to make whoever created it money. It sucks, because it’s been very transparent for years but now we have to address it.

I’m sure others have but I want to go at this from a personal aspect.

When I was 6, my mom died. Life was difficult but hey, we all have a story to finish so here I went in the world. My life circumstances were not in my favor. I was disabled, african american w/a white family & my father was unknown to me for the majority of my life.

This is in NO WAY FOR SYMPATHY.

I want you to read my story with Capital One, and how I think its abhorrent they only settled for $190 million. They stole so much more than their max payout. Unfortunately I can’t afford a lawyer & I don’t have the resources to fight this on my own. I mean I have free platforms. This pisses me off because well,

while capital one is sending people these settlements, they threw me in collections. they still hold my money. yet they want me to put in a settlement claim up to $25,000? ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS???

They have ruined me, my business and most importantly my credit. I have lost so much because of the breach.

I notified them of the fact that my account was compromised. Instead of helping, they accused me of fraud, they accused me of lying & yet they SETTLED.. WTF.. MAKE THIS MAKE SENSEEEE!!!

How can they ask me to file a claim when they still hold my funds? They’ve held it for well over 2 years.
